We begin with a focused pre-sprint session to sharpen ambition, explore early hypotheses, and identify the tensions we’ll need to break through.  

It’s where we align on ways of working, name what success looks like, and ensure both internal and external teams are starting from the same page, with urgency and belief from the outset. 

SPRINT 1: Define the Opportunity
This isn’t about aligning on a brief; it’s about surfacing the real ambition and naming the friction. 

We explore the ambition behind the ask, the problem behind the idea, and and the commercial case or constraints. We co-frame the job-to-be-done and define what would make this idea a hero, not just a launch. 

SPRINT 2: Shape the Proposition
We build from multiple angles (insight, brand, R&D, pack, P&L) to shape propositions that are as executable as they are exciting. 

Rather than polishing one idea, we shape a range of concepts and pressure them early: refining form, benefit logic, pricing frame, and sensory experience. 

SPRINT 3: Pressure-Test the Potential
