How it works
The Co-Lab The Growth Sprint is structured around a one-week Co-Lab: an energised, high-impact workshop where ideas are built, tested, and sharpened into a compelling pipeline. The weeks before and after are designed to set it up for success and land it with conviction.
WEEK 1: Set the Question
We start by reframing the ambition. What’s the real problem to solve? What’s the future we’re working toward, and where does growth really need to come from? What does that long-term ambition look like when translated into consumer tension and commercial stretch?
WEEK 2: Explore the Territory
We scan the landscape, surfacing key tensions, consumer needs, and stretch opportunities across culture, category, and behaviour. This shapes a clear set of opportunity spaces to work within.
WEEK 3: The Co-Lab
This is the creative engine room. Over five dynamic days, we bring your team together to build, test, and refine a pipeline of ideas: combining sketching, consumer input, cross-functional filters, and stimulus to provoke new thinking. It’s bold, human, and belief-led.
WEEK 4: Shape the Strategic Story
We build the logic behind the ideas: Jobs-To-Be-Done, emotional triggers, right to win, RTBs and commercial filters. Every idea gets a narrative that shows why it matters.
WEEK 5: Make it Land
We craft a prioritised roadmap, with clear next steps and decision points, to activate your 3-year pipeline with confidence and internal alignment. It sets the direction for where you go next.
